The Starting Point
Orion manufactures suits, jackets and trousers, produces under other brands' own labels and exports. When a customer places a thousand-piece order, what they really want to know is which stage it is at.
There were two jobs. The corporate site's look belonged to the company and had to be kept as it was, while the site moved to a fast, manageable structure in Turkish, English and Russian. Alongside it, customers needed a way to follow their order without phoning anyone, while seeing only their own orders.
Our Approach
We rewrote the corporate site from scratch without touching its look; all three languages share the same structure. The "Order Tracking" button on the site takes customers straight to their own login.
The tracking system has three roles. Administrators see everything, and only they see prices. Staff update only the stages assigned to them and cannot see customer names or prices. Customers follow only their own company's orders and cannot change anything.
When an order is opened, its code is generated automatically and a stage template prepared for that product group is selected. Quantities can be broken down by colour and size. Each stage records units in, units passed and waste; the progress percentage is calculated from these. Defect records with photos, and shipping documents such as delivery notes and packing lists, appear on the customer's screen ready to download.
The Result
The corporate site and the tracking system went live in 2026. A customer company sees which stage its order is at, how many pieces have passed and its shipping documents, all from its own screen.
Staff deal only with their own stage, while prices and customer details stay with the people who need them. Since one company can have several users, its purchasing and production managers can follow the same order from separate accounts.
