An estate agency's listings usually sit on large property portals, side by side with those of other agencies. Where an agency does have its own site, adding a listing often takes technical knowledge, and visitors want to combine several criteria at once, such as district, number of rooms and price, to find the home they are looking for.

Our aim was a listings site where an agency can present its portfolio under its own name, add listings from a panel without any technical knowledge, and appear in property searches for Çorum.

The design draws on Çorum's own landmarks: the header shows the Hittite lion and the clock tower, and a band of triangle patterns separates the sections. Listing cards follow the dense, compact layout familiar from property portals, so price, location, number of rooms and floor area can be read at a glance.

Search covers sale or rent, Çorum's fourteen districts, category, number of rooms and price range, and the side filter adds floor area. A listing page brings together a photo gallery, every detail of the property, saving to favourites and sharing; on phones, call, WhatsApp and message buttons stay fixed at the bottom of the screen.

The admin panel manages listings, photos, blog posts, the team, services and frequently asked questions; uploaded photos are converted to a lightweight format automatically, and enquiries from the site are collected in the panel. Every listing is marked up as structured data with its price, location and features, and district and category pages have addresses of their own.

The site is live at corumemlak.com and every part of it works: search, listing pages, district pages, the blog and the admin panel. It is built so that an estate agency can go live with its own name, logo and portfolio in a short time.
