Real estate
Özer Ergün
We built a personal brand website for Özer Ergün, a real estate consultant in Bandırma. The site brings together the consultant, his services, the areas he works in and his clients' reviews, and leads visitors to a phone call, WhatsApp or a short enquiry form.
The Starting Point
In real estate consultancy, trust is placed in the person before any listing. What set Özer Ergün apart was not a list of properties but around 17 years of experience in municipal planning and his expertise in property valuation. His address, however, only held a business card page that collected his contact links and documents.
The need was a site that introduces the consultant first, appears for people looking for a home, land or an investment in Bandırma, Erdek and Gönen, and puts anyone who wants to sell, buy or simply get an opinion in touch in a single step. The pages showing the property types he works with also must not be mistaken for current listings.
Our Approach
The design is built on a dark background with gold tones and an elegant serif typeface for headings. The first screen of the home page shows Özer Ergün's portrait and a short introduction; the page then walks through his services, the property types he works with, the areas he covers, client reviews and blog posts. In the Investment Map section, tapping the markers for Bandırma, Erdek, Gönen and Balıkesir opens a short assessment of each area.
There are seven service pages, covering sales, purchases, land and farmland investment, homes and villas, commercial property, zoning and title deed procedures and valuation opinions, and area pages for Bandırma, Erdek and Gönen. The area pages explain what is looked at in each place and how the process unfolds. The pages on the property types he works with state clearly that they are not current listings. The blog and academic work section shows the consultant's expertise. He is marked up in structured data as a real estate agent together with the areas he serves, and the sitemap includes every service, area and article page.
From any page, visitors can call, message on WhatsApp or send a short enquiry form where they choose their area, property type and need; on the contact page, the consultant's card can be added to the phone's contacts in a single tap. Clients can write about their experience on the reviews page, and reviews are published once approved. The forms and the admin panel login are protected by a security check.
The Result
The site is live at ozerergun.com. The business card page has been replaced by a site that introduces the consultant through his experience and presents his areas, services and client reviews in one place. Whichever page they are on, visitors can get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or the form in a single step, and the site grows as new reviews and articles come in.
