Jewellery
Bilgen Kuyumculuk
We built a showcase website for Bilgen Kuyumculuk, a jeweller on Uzun Çarşı in Nazilli, where pieces are displayed without prices and every product leads to a phone call or WhatsApp. The site was rewritten from scratch, and products, categories and frequently asked questions are managed from an admin panel.
The Starting Point
Because the price of gold changes during the day, publishing fixed prices on the site could mislead customers; Bilgen Kuyumculuk prefers to quote prices over the phone. Visitors, in turn, need to reach the shop effortlessly about a piece they like.
The need was a site that presents the shop's jewellery by type, takes visitors from any product to a phone call or WhatsApp in a single tap, and appears for people looking for a jeweller in Nazilli. As the existing site was rewritten, its old addresses also had to keep their place in search engines.
Our Approach
The design follows the approved design image exactly: a cream background, a gold monogram logo and an elegant serif typeface. On the home page, jewellery types are lined up as round image buttons, and featured products fill each row according to the screen width.
Jewellery is grouped into earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, sets and wedding bands; every product has its own address, and product pages show call and WhatsApp buttons instead of a price. The old site's addresses redirect permanently to the new ones. The contact form is protected against bots by an invisible trap field, and every message is kept in the panel.
The admin panel manages products, categories, the logo, home page texts and frequently asked questions; uploaded photos are converted automatically to a lightweight format and a smaller version for phones. The shop is marked up as a jeweller in structured data together with its opening hours; the sitemap includes product images, and search engines are notified when a new product is added.
The Result
The site is live at bilgenkuyumculuk.com. Visitors can call the shop or message it on WhatsApp about a piece they like with a single tap, and those arriving from old addresses reach the new pages without getting lost. As the shop's own product photos come in, the showcase will grow with them through the panel.
