Kuyumcari

Kuyumcari is a ledger app developed by BORDOAT for the jewellery trade. It lets jewellers manage their customer ledger, their gold stock and their fine gold balance directly in the browser, without a paper ledger or a general-purpose accounting program.

The app is built around a jeweller's working day. Transactions are entered in gram gold, gold coins, Turkish lira or foreign currency; each customer's balance is calculated automatically together with its fine gold equivalent and can be handed over as a thermal receipt or an A4 statement in one click. The stock screen tracks the gold in the safe carat by carat, and the stock of a past day can be compared with today's.

Kuyumcari works on phones, tablets and computers, and an Excel backup of the records can be taken at any time. The app can be tried free for seven days with no card details required, and then continues with an annual subscription; if the trial ends without payment, the records are not deleted and can still be viewed and backed up.
